Creating a Positive Environment

It is important to me for my students to feel safe and comfortable in my classroom. I want them to walk through my door and feel at peace and that they are welcomed, accepted, and loved.

I use Christmas lights, lamps, curtains, and fluorescent light shades to create a calming environment.

I also use bright colors and inspirational messages throughout my bulletin boards and on my walls to brighten up my students' days and to increase positivity.
